Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
The campus offers 12 dual GARO charging stations — 24 charging points in total, available to employees and visitors, on clearly marked parking bays.
Please move your vehicle as soon as charging is complete. This allows many more people to use the stations over the course of the day. Next to the chargers we have also designated bays reserved exclusively for car-sharing vehicles. With 774 parking spaces across the campus, finding a spot is never a problem — even when you don’t need to charge.
All energy used at The Park Wroclaw comes from renewable sources, partly from our own photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 487.68 kWp. Charging on campus is therefore entirely emission-free.
Everyday Amenities
Everything you need during the working day is right here on campus. The canteen serves breakfast and lunch, the parcel locker handles incoming and outgoing deliveries without leaving the site, and the reception desk coordinates couriers and suppliers.
The ground floor is dedicated to service units — including a shop and a kindergarten. Tenants can also make use of on-site service points, IT support, and assistance with selecting and arranging furniture.
Outside the buildings you will find a landscaped patio, green areas and a shared event space — somewhere to take a break, hold an informal meeting or host a company event. Among the greenery we have also set aside a wildflower meadow, now home to many species of plants and insects.

You do not need to work out who handles what. A single property management team, based on site, takes care of it all.
Technical requests and faults, fit-out coordination, day-to-day building and systems maintenance, access control permissions, courier and delivery handling, event space bookings, or displaying your logo on the illuminated totem at the entrance — all of it is handled in one place.
The first point of contact, for you and for your guests, is the reception desk in the main lobby. The reception team welcomes visitors, directs couriers and suppliers, and passes on any request that requires technical attention.
